With a big family, it can be hard to find a recipe that everyone will love. Young kids? Family visiting from out of town? This recipe is a real crowd-pleaser and so simple to make.
Start these early, and everyone can snag one while the main meal is prepped!
Ingredients:
2 cans of crescent rolls
½ jar Hormel Real Bacon Bits or ½ c real bacon, chopped
8 oz. softened cream cheese
⅓ c parmesan cheese
¼ c minced onion
1 TBS milk
Directions:
In a small bowl, mix together bacon, cream cheese, parmesan cheese, minced onion and milk.
Make 32 small balls to wrap in each crescent triangle.
Open the 2 cans of dough. Cut each triangle that is perforated in half to make a total of 32 small triangles.
Put a ball of the cream cheese mixture in each triangle. Roll up the triangles and tuck the dough around the cream cheese mixture.
Place appetizers on a baking sheet.
Bake in the preheated oven until golden brown or about 10-12 minutes.
Serve warm, and enjoy!
